Inspired by an unusual amount of time spent wandering alone through the Australian bush, Janelle writes stories that are pure fiction – apart from the scary bits, which are usually true.

Janelle is writing Australian gothic suspense based on best-forgotten experiences, in the hope that putting them on paper may get them forever out of her head.
